After a three-hour drive from Entebbe, Sam and Nancy, our friends and gracious hosts gave us a very warm welcome. It was great to see them again, and we were awestruck by the gorgeous scene that unfolded as we pulled through the gates of the compound. The guest huts looked so inviting, Africa’s amazing colors were on grand display, and we could feel our jet lag and road weariness melt away.
