FlashFXP offers the easiest and fastest way to transfer any file using FTP, providing an exceptionally stable and robust program that you can always count on to get your job done quickly and efficiently. There are many, many features available in FlashFXP.The flashFXP.ini file is its configuration file and may contain usernames/passwords and everything else that is needed to use FTP.

2004-10-12 18:36:02 (hevnsnt): This search will locate the FlashFXP directorys.. U/P are stored in the .dat files (but the names differ between versions)
2004-10-17 07:08:20 (Anonymous): Yup I found the passwords. I don’t recognise the password format though. Looks like I’ll be giving them a miss.
It seems that the files are usually named ‘quick.dat’.
2005-01-03 13:31:53 (lester): search for quick.dat and sites.dat there are usernames and passes in, dunno were they are encrypted with, but that shouldn’t be to difficult to find out.
