Server.vdf is located here C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\icedragon873\dedicated server\platform\config and when opened with notepad, can be used to edit the rcon authentication data. The problem is getting access to the file itself. I suggest an RAT or use social engineering to get them to place it in the directory.
